- You may not use PicRover to download, distribute, store, or process illegal, infringing, harmful, malicious, or otherwise unauthorized content.
- You may not abuse the App through unusually high-frequency requests, access restriction circumvention, attacks on websites, service interference, or similar behavior.
- You are responsible for confirming image sources, authorization scope, and permitted uses. PicRover does not guarantee the copyright status, accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party web images.
3. Paid Subscription Terms

4. Third-Party Websites and Content
- PicRover allows you to access third-party websites and recognize image resources on web pages, but we do not control third-party website content.
- Third-party websites may apply login restrictions, hotlink protection, request frequency limits, cookies, image expiration, or download permissions.
- We do not guarantee successful recognition, preview, or download when failures are caused by third-party content, service changes, access restrictions, copyright requirements, or network conditions.
5. Downloaded Files and Data Management
- Images you download are generally saved locally under the Documents/PicRover directory. You may view them through the download manager, the iOS Files app, or Finder file sharing.
- You are responsible for managing local files, device storage, and backups. Deleting the App, clearing system data, or manually deleting files may make downloaded content unrecoverable.
- You are responsible for your own downloading, saving, editing, sharing, or distribution of images.
6. Intellectual Property
- The PicRover app name, interface, code, icon, text, and related materials are owned by us or the relevant rights holders.
- Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, sell, or otherwise exploit the App or its components.
- Images or content downloaded from third-party websites remain owned by their original rights holders. Using the App does not grant you any additional rights to third-party content.
7. Responsibilities and Disclaimers
7.1 Our Responsibilities
- We will make reasonable efforts to provide stable, secure, and available app services.
- We will continue fixing known issues and improving web image recognition, group selection, and download management.
- We will handle and protect relevant information according to the Privacy Policy.
7.2 Disclaimers
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for service interruption or abnormal features caused by force majeure, system failures, network issues, third-party website changes, or App Store service issues.
- We are not responsible for disputes, losses, copyright issues, or compliance issues arising from your access to, download of, or use of third-party web content.
- The App does not provide an absolute guarantee of image recognition results, grouping results, download success rate, or third-party resource availability.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms based on product features, legal requirements, operating conditions, or third-party service changes. Material changes will be announced in the App or on the relevant page. Your continued use of PicRover means that you have read and accepted the updated Terms.
9. Termination
- You may stop using or uninstall PicRover at any time. Uninstalling the App may delete local settings and downloaded content, depending on iOS system behavior.
- If you seriously violate these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights, we may restrict or terminate related services to the extent permitted by law.

- If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
- Any dispute arising from these Terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court with proper jurisdiction according to law.
