This policy applies to all functions of Coloray (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the App") that you use, including free features and paid subscription services ("Premium Membership"). This policy does not apply to information collected by third-party services accessed through our services.

• Text, images, videos and other content you create
• Metadata such as creation time and modification time

2. Usage Data

• Feature clickstreams, usage duration, crash logs (used solely for service improvement)
• Device model, operating system version (for compatibility optimization)

3. Payment Information (for subscription services)

• Your iTunes account information (processed by Apple Inc.)
• Transaction records (for subscription management and refund processing)

• Provide and maintain services: create, save and sync your Coloray content
• Provide Premium Membership features: additional features unlocked after subscription (such as more tags, more daily styles, custom appearance styles)
• Service improvement and analysis: analyze usage data to optimize user experience
• Send service notifications: such as subscription status changes, important updates
• Security: prevent, detect and handle security risks

4. Data Storage and Security

Storage Period

• Device information: retained until you uninstall Coloray
• Coloray content: retained until you uninstall Coloray
• Payment information: subject to Apple Inc.'s data retention policy

Security Measures

• Encrypted storage of Coloray content
• Regular security audits and vulnerability scans
• Access control mechanisms to restrict access to sensitive data

5. Information Sharing

We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:

• Apple Inc.: to process payments and subscription management

This App is not suitable for minors under 13 years of age. We will not intentionally collect personal information from minors. If we discover that a minor has registered and used the App, we will immediately delete the relevant account.

We may update this policy regularly. After the update, we will notify you through in-app prompts or emails. Significant changes will be announced 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service will be deemed as consent to the updated policy.
