Coloray User Agreement
Effective Date: December 5, 2025
I. Service Content
- Free Services: Basic recording functions, limited number of tags, partial daily styles, partial appearance styles
- Paid Services: "Premium Membership" subscription service ($2.99/month, $29.99/annual, auto-renewal), providing additional features (e.g., more tags, more daily styles, custom appearance styles)
II. Paid Subscription Terms (Important)
1. Subscription Details
- Name: Premium Membership
- Price: $2.99/month, $29.99/annual
- Billing Cycle: Monthly subscription with auto-renewal
- Purchase Method: Through in-app purchase on App Store
2. Auto-renewal Instructions
- Subscriptions will auto-renew 24 hours before expiration, with fees deducted from your iTunes account
- Subscription period starts from the time of purchase confirmation
- To cancel, you must do so in App Store account settings 24 hours before the end of the current cycle
- After cancellation, you can still use the service until the end of the current cycle
3. Refund Policy
- Subject to Apple's App Store refund policy
- Refunds can be applied for in App Store account settings
III. Intellectual Property
- App Content: Intellectual property rights to text, images, audio, code, etc. within the app belong to us
- User Content: You retain copyright to your recorded content; you grant us a non-exclusive, global, and permanent license to use it for providing, maintaining, and improving the service
- Prohibited Actions:
- Do not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer app code
- Do not use the app for commercial purposes (unless written permission is obtained)
IV. Liability and Disclaimer
1. Our Responsibilities
- Make every effort to provide stable and secure services
- Promptly fix known vulnerabilities and faults
- Protect the security of your personal information and recorded content
2. Disclaimer
- Not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (e.g., earthquakes, network failures)
- Not liable for guarantees regarding user-posted content (users bear sole responsibility)
- Not liable for issues caused by third-party services (e.g., App Store)
V. Agreement Changes
We reserve the right to update this agreement at any time. After updates, we will notify you via in-app prompts or email. Major changes will be announced 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
VI. Termination of Agreement
- Your Rights: You may terminate the agreement at any time by uninstalling the app (data will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy)
- Our Rights: We may terminate the service under the following circumstances:
- Serious violation of this agreement or relevant laws and regulations
- Repeated violations of content guidelines
- Abuse of the service or interference with normal operations
VII. Other Terms
- Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us, superseding all previous oral or written agreements
- Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes, parties shall resolve them through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, submit to the jurisdiction of the court where the app is located
- Severability: If any clause is deemed invalid, it shall not affect the validity of other clauses
