How do I restore a purchase?
Open ClipDock and use the restore purchase option in the purchase, settings, or Pro screen. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the App Store or iOS Settings, go to your Apple ID subscriptions, select ClipDock, and cancel before the next renewal date. Cancellation keeps access active until the end of the current paid period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. Please use Apple's official "Report a Problem" refund flow or your App Store purchase history. We cannot directly issue App Store refunds.
Why does ClipDock ask for system permissions?
ClipDock may request permissions only when needed for features such as importing, saving, copying, sharing, notifications, or accessing selected files/photos. You can review or change permissions in iOS Settings.
Where is my clip content stored?
Clip content is generally stored on your device unless you choose to export, share, back up, sync, or send it to another app or service. If your device uses iCloud Backup or other Apple services, those services are governed by Apple's policies.
What should I do if clips are missing?
Check whether the content was deleted, filtered, moved, or stored on another device or Apple ID. Also confirm that the app was not reinstalled without a backup. If you contact us, include details about the last time the clips were visible and what changed afterward.
What should I do if the app crashes or freezes?
Update ClipDock to the latest App Store version, restart your device, confirm you are using iOS 15.0 or later, and try again. If the issue continues, email us with the steps that reproduce the problem and any screenshots or screen recordings you can share.
Actual pricing may vary by country or region. The final price is shown by the App Store before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
