1. 适用范围
本政策适用于 OrbitCube iOS 应用。我们重视您的隐私，并按照数据最少化原则设计本应用。
2. 我们处理的信息
保存在设备上的数据
为了保存游戏体验，OrbitCube 会在您的设备上记录关卡完成情况、最佳步数、当前关卡快照与应用设置。若应用提供一次性购买，解锁状态会保存在设备钥匙串中。这些数据不会由 OrbitCube 上传到开发者服务器。
App Store 购买
购买与恢复购买由 Apple 通过 StoreKit 和 App Store 处理。Apple 可能依据其隐私政策处理 Apple ID、付款及交易信息。OrbitCube 不会接收您的完整付款卡信息，仅使用 Apple 返回的交易状态来提供相应功能。
3. 我们不做的事情
- 不要求创建账户或登录；
- 不接入广告或跨应用追踪；
- 不使用第三方分析或崩溃统计 SDK；
- 不出售、出租或交易您的个人信息。
4. 权限与网络
OrbitCube 不请求相机、麦克风、照片、通讯录或精确位置权限。当前版本不依赖开发者运营的在线账户或云端存储服务。
5. 数据删除与保留
关卡进度与设置保存在您的设备上。您可以通过移除应用及其数据来删除这些本地记录。由 Apple 保存的购买记录受 Apple 的保留政策与账户设置约束。
6. 未成年人隐私
OrbitCube 不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。由于应用不提供账户、社交或用户投稿功能，我们不会建立儿童个人资料。
7. 政策更新
如果应用的数据处理方式发生变化，我们会在新功能启用前更新本政策，并修改页面顶部的生效日期。

This policy applies to the OrbitCube iOS app. We value your privacy and design the app around data minimization.
2. Information We Process
Data stored on your device
OrbitCube stores level completion, best move counts, in-progress level snapshots, and app preferences on your device. If a one-time purchase is offered, the unlock status is stored in the device Keychain. OrbitCube does not upload this information to a developer-operated server.
App Store purchases
Apple processes purchases and restorations through StoreKit and the App Store. Apple may process Apple ID, payment, and transaction information under its own privacy policy. OrbitCube does not receive your full payment-card details and uses only the transaction status returned by Apple to provide the purchased feature.
3. What We Do Not Do
- We do not require an account or sign-in.
- We do not include advertising or cross-app tracking.
- We do not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
4. Permissions and Network Use
OrbitCube does not request access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or precise location. The current version does not depend on a developer-operated online account or cloud-storage service.
5. Retention and Deletion
Game progress and settings remain on your device. You can remove those local records by deleting the app and its data. Purchase records maintained by Apple are governed by Apple's retention policies and your Apple Account settings.
6. Children's Privacy
OrbitCube does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app has no account, social, or user-submission features and does not build child profiles.
7. Changes to This Policy
If the app's data practices change, we will update this policy before the new practice begins and revise the effective date shown above.
