1. 接受条款
下载或使用 OrbitCube，即表示您同意本协议以及 Apple 适用于 App Store 应用的相关条款。如果您不同意，请停止使用并移除本应用。
2. 服务内容与许可
OrbitCube 提供单机空间解谜游戏、关卡进度、提示与设置功能。我们授予您一项有限的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，仅供您在自己控制的兼容 Apple 设备上作个人、非商业用途。
3. 使用规则
您不得利用本应用从事违法、侵权、破坏服务或妨碍他人使用的行为。除适用法律明确允许外，不得复制、出租、转售、反编译或试图提取本应用源代码。
4. 购买与恢复
如果 OrbitCube 提供一次性 App 内购买，实际商品、价格和可用地区以购买时 App Store 显示的信息为准。付款、退款与购买恢复由 Apple 处理，并受您的 Apple Account 与 App Store 条款约束。OrbitCube 不提供自动续期订阅，除非 App Store 的商品页面明确另有说明并同步更新本协议。
5. 知识产权
OrbitCube 的软件、关卡、视觉设计、文字与相关内容受知识产权法律保护。除本协议授予的使用许可外，相关权利均由其合法权利人保留。
6. 可用性与免责声明
我们会合理维护应用，但不保证应用始终无错误或适用于所有设备配置。在法律允许的最大范围内，应用按“现状”提供。对于因设备故障、系统更新、第三方服务或不可抗力造成的中断，我们不承担超出适用法律要求的责任。
7. 条款变更与终止
如服务内容或法律要求发生变化，我们可能更新本协议并修改生效日期。您可以随时通过停止使用并移除应用来终止本协议。严重违反本协议时，我们可在法律允许范围内终止相关使用许可。
8. 适用法律
本协议在不影响消费者所在地强制性权利的前提下，适用开发者所在地的法律。争议应优先通过友好协商解决。

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using OrbitCube, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Apple terms for App Store applications. If you do not agree, stop using and remove the app.
2. Service and License
OrbitCube provides an offline spatial puzzle game, level progress, hints, and settings. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use on compatible Apple devices that you own or control.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the app for unlawful, infringing, disruptive, or abusive purposes. Except where applicable law expressly permits, you may not copy, rent, resell, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the app's source code.
4. Purchases and Restoration
If OrbitCube offers a one-time in-app purchase, the product, price, and regional availability shown by the App Store at purchase time control. Apple handles payment, refund, and restoration under your Apple Account and App Store terms. OrbitCube does not offer an auto-renewing subscription unless the App Store product page clearly says otherwise and these Terms are updated accordingly.
5. Intellectual Property
OrbitCube's software, levels, visual design, text, and related content are protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted by this license are reserved by their lawful owners.
6. Availability and Disclaimer
We take reasonable steps to maintain the app, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device configuration. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the app is provided “as is.” We are not liable beyond what applicable law requires for interruptions caused by device failure, system updates, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change and will revise the effective date. You may terminate these Terms at any time by stopping use and removing the app. We may terminate the license where permitted by law for a material breach of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's location, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence. The parties should first try to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion.
