Grainvia requires iOS 18 or later. Tap Edit to choose your own photo, or open an example, compare its before-and-after result and choose Use Preset. Adjust color and textures, explore subject layers, and add text only when you want it. Save or share the finished image.
Why can’t I save to Photos?
Allow Grainvia to add photos when iOS asks. If permission was denied, review Grainvia’s Photos permission in iOS Settings. Check available device storage and try again. Sharing through the system share sheet is another option.
Why is a person not separated cleanly?
Segmentation runs on the device. Fine hair, translucent fabric, motion blur and backgrounds with similar colors can make the edge less precise. Try a clearer photo with separation between the person and background, or use a composition that does not require subject separation. Original photos are not overwritten by the editing preview.
Why does Pro appear locked after I paid?
Confirm that Media & Purchases uses the Apple Account used for the purchase, connect to the internet, and choose Restore Purchases on the membership screen. Check whether the subscription is active. If the issue remains, email the app version, iOS version and error message. Do not send your password or full payment details.
How do I cancel, change a plan or request a refund?
Go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. See Apple’s subscription help or refund help. Deleting Grainvia does not cancel a subscription. Buying lifetime access does not cancel an existing subscription either; cancel it separately.
What should I include in a bug report?
- Grainvia version and build, device model and iOS version.
- The steps that led to the problem, expected result and actual result.
- The displayed error, and an optional screenshot with personal details hidden.
- Diagnostic logs only if you choose to export and share them. Please avoid sending private photos unless essential and you are comfortable doing so.
How can I remove my data?
Grainvia has no app account to delete. Use iOS Delete App to remove its local drafts and data; Offload App keeps app data. Remove exported photos and device backups separately if desired. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence. More detail is in the Privacy Policy.
