Grainvia is a photo-editing app provided by Weiping Huang (DaysInYear). Contact: daysinyear@foxmail.com. The app is licensed under the Apple Standard EULA. This page explains Grainvia’s use and purchase conditions; it does not replace that license or reduce mandatory consumer rights.
1. Editing and your content
Grainvia provides photo filters, adjustments, textures, optional text and subject-layer compositions. You retain your rights in the content you bring into the app. Use only images, text and other material you are entitled to use, and respect copyright, privacy and portrait rights. We do not claim ownership of your edits. App assets, sample images and fonts remain subject to their respective rights and license notices; purchasing Pro does not transfer ownership or grant unrestricted redistribution rights to those assets.
2. Grainvia Pro
Available Pro options may include weekly, monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Each provides the same Pro feature tier while its entitlement is valid. The current features, duration, localized price and any offer conditions are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation before payment. The annual plan is paid upfront for one year, not in monthly installments. Lifetime is a non-consumable purchase without periodic renewal or a scheduled subscription expiry.
3. Billing, renewal and cancellation
Apple bills your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Manage or cancel them in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or through Grainvia’s subscription-management link. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally leaves access until the paid period ends, subject to Apple’s rules and applicable law. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.
If you buy lifetime access while subscribed, separately cancel the existing auto-renewing subscription to avoid future subscription charges; a lifetime purchase does not automatically cancel it. Any trial or promotional offer applies only if explicitly shown at purchase. Use the price and renewal terms in Apple’s confirmation as the authoritative purchase information.
4. Restore and refunds
Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the original purchase to restore eligible access. An expired, refunded or revoked entitlement may no longer unlock Pro. Billing and refund requests are handled by Apple; see Apple’s refund instructions. We cannot access or change your Apple Account payment settings.
5. Availability and saved work
Keep a copy of important originals and exported work. Local drafts can be lost when you delete the app or reset your device. Editing and segmentation results vary with the photo, device and operating system. Feature descriptions refer to the installed version; app updates may change the interface or implementation. License and warranty terms follow the Apple Standard EULA and applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
